3. Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If a cancellation is approved and payment has already been made, the refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Any non-refundable transaction, payment processing, or administrative fees may be deducted where applicable.
4. Cancellation by ZEST KEYSTONE SDN. BHD.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where necessary, including but not limited to:

- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Incorrect or incomplete order information
- Circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant payment will be refunded where applicable.
5. Changes to Orders
Requests to change an order, including changes to products, quantities, or delivery details, should be submitted before the order is processed.
We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once order processing has started.
